About:
Create a brand identity for a cooperation started by 2 foodentrepeneurs in Rotterdam. The goal of the cooperation is to create a big network of like minded foodentrepeneurs with the same mission to change the food industry. The brand identity needed to reflect all the entrepreneurs and their story as well as show the strength and connection as a collective. In the cooperation you had bakers, fermentation experts, botanical forage brands, chefs & other food creatives. The collective set out to market themselves through events, caterings and food story boxes for consumers to buy. Apart from the brand identity we created stand designs, packaging, flyers and social media templates to showcase every story.
With Sharp Sharp we were part of this collective for almost 5 years and together we created events, shared stories & inspired other food professionals to join our mission to change the food industry.

Sharp Sharp grew really fast to a team of 15 people with a brandstore and lunchroom, supplying through B2B as well as to the (online) biggest retailers of the NL. Loved in the Netherlands as well as in other countries in Europe. We sold over 3 million cakes.
With social media following of over 15 K as well as up to 10 K unique vistors on our website monthly. With a up to 4 million euro turnover in the running of the company.
Lessons learned:
When you want to tell to many stories on to many platforms, it’s harder to reach your target audience and create the big ripple you want to achieve. While staying true to your believes and not letting go of your brand values it can become hard to reach everyone.
