Design a new concept for a brand to expand their plant based bakery into a lunchroom.
After 4 years an impact driven bakery that offers inclusive plant based food for everyone, wants to expand their existing brandstore into a full concept offering more food and a better customer experience.
A design for a new lunchroom with a repurposed glasshouse to look into the bakery, use of circular materials, with plant based food for everyday and more storytelling to inspire people to eat more plant based.
It could seat 40 people indoor as well as up to 20 people on our terrace. We offered wide range of dishes, everything made the Sharp Sharp bakery & kitchen to be in control of the quality of our dishes. With only organic and fair ingredients and allergy friendly menu we set out to be the most inclusive food concept in the Netherlands.
Skills needed not only to help design the menu’s but also work on recipe development, photography, user experience and social management.

GOAL
Goal:
To expand the Sharp Sharp brand to a wider group of customers to inspire people to eat more plant based food.
Achieved:
A beautiful plant based lunchroom filled with happy customers who changed the world by eating better food. In which we could showcase all sustainable design has to offer.
